Dear Pastor,
As a pastor who has been at the same church for the past thirty years, I have
seen a lot of men come and go in the ministry. It has been a blessing to
see many of them continue on, faithful for the cause of Christ, preaching the
gospel. One such man that has impressed me with his dedication to the Lord
is David Maynard.
I have known David since he pastored
a church in our community for several years. He always had an excellent
testimony. The church did better when he was pastor than of all the years
I have observed it. I can testify to the fact that his wife has a similar
heart for the Lord and for the work of God. David is not a hireling but
has a genuine love for the Lord and God's church. He is a soul winner, a
good preacher, and a wise man.
Without reservation I recommend David
and Berita Maynard. If you ever need someone for a Revival, Youth Meeting,
or to fill the pulpit, David will help you, not hurt you. He is a member
of our church. I would feel safe to leave my church with David for an
extended period of time if the need ever arose.
As an evangelist, if you choose to
support him, it would be a good investment of God's money. He is willing
to help churches of any size and never makes financial demands of any kind upon
them. They live by faith.
